All reservations are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking in advance for our exclusive experiences (Arctic Lapland, Forest Cabin, and Waterfront). We reserve the right to modify, relocate, or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions affecting our natural locations.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications to your booking. This allows us to offer the experience to other guests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, especially for private fire pit or igloo bookings.
We strive to provide a serene and welcoming atmosphere across all our cafés. We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward our staff and other patrons. Teamloopgallery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this code of conduct.
